  • When citing studies, we link directly to the source so readers can verify claims
  • We distinguish between well-established science, emerging research, and anecdotal evidence
  • We clearly label when evidence is limited or mixed

Medical Review Process

All health-related content undergoes review by our licensed medical reviewer (PA-C) before publication. This review process includes:

  1. Accuracy check: Verifying health claims against current clinical evidence
  2. Safety review: Ensuring appropriate warnings, contraindications, and dosage information
  3. Clarity review: Making sure medical concepts are explained accurately yet accessibly
  4. Disclaimer verification: Confirming appropriate medical disclaimers are included

Longevity Playbook earns revenue through affiliate partnerships. Here’s how we maintain editorial independence:

  • Products are selected editorially — we choose what to review based on reader interest and product quality, not affiliate commissions
  • Affiliate relationships are always disclosed — every article containing affiliate links includes a clear disclosure
  • Commission rates never influence rankings — a product paying 15% commission won’t rank above a better product paying 5%
  • We include non-affiliate options — when relevant, we recommend products even if we don’t earn a commission

Content Updates

The wellness and longevity space evolves rapidly. We commit to:

  • Reviewing and updating articles at least annually
  • Adding new research findings as they become available
